Beau Dame Lingerie Returns Policy

In conjunction with the distance selling laws you can return an item within 28 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange to a different item.

Please note in the interest of hygiene certain items cannot be returned unless they are in their original packaging or are faulty. 

The following items need to be in their original packaging:

Returns on Packaged Shapewear cannot be accepted if the packet has been opened ( If the packet is unopened & undamaged we will accept the return)

The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.  We recommend that your send your items back via a registered postal service that requires a signature such as recorded or special delivery.

We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.

Please note it can take up to 7 days for us to receive your returned items.  We need to know your order number your name and address and whether you want an exchange or return.  Without these details we will not be able to take action.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 7 days please contact our returns department.

We will keep you informed by email confirming the action that has been taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been created.

Any refunds you are entitled to will be refunded back to your original payment method, if we are unable to exchange your item we will automatically refund your original payment method and send you an email letting you know.

Please note if the items that have been returned are deemed not to be in their original condition the item will be sent back to you.

We will refund your items but we will not refund your return postage unless the item was faulty.
