So called lingerie cafes in GARDEN GROVE, California have been ordered to cover up their employees after a local ruling. The bars previously had girls serving clients in lingerie. The city passed an ordinance last week that bans nudity and arcade games in the city's cafes. Police say they've alerted café owners to the new ordinance, and enforcement will begin as early as this weekend. There are 37 lingerie cafes in Garden Grove, and according to police, about 23 of them are out of compliance with the new law.
